1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Sakai99 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the Sakai99 platform, accessible at https://sakai99.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Sakai99 operates as an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds plus any credited bonuses held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Sakai99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform. Sakai99 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities.
2. You must be the registered holder of any payment method used to fund your Account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Creation

Each Player may register only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts, whether created under the same or different identities, are prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, the Company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any or all such accounts and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately.

4.3 KYC Verification

Sakai99 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide a government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, or elsewhere in Malaysia), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated time frame may result in account suspension.

4.4 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Sakai99 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrency channels (BTC and USDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Sakai99 reserves the right to return deposits to their source if the ownership of the payment method cannot be verified. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in MYR.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. The Company aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, with most MYR transactions completed within a commercially reasonable time frame. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional checks where a withdrawal request triggers fraud or money laundering indicators.

5.4 Currency

All Account Balances, transactions, and game outcomes are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a cryptocurrency deposit is made, the equivalent MYR value will be credited based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General

All casino games and sports betting markets are subject to specific game rules and betting rules, which are published within each game or market on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game or market.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

Sakai99 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: a technical error has affected the display of odds or game outcomes; where a bet is suspected of being placed in bad faith; or where unusual betting patterns are detected. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

6.3 Sports Betting

For all sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, and international sporting events, bets are accepted in accordance with published rules for each sport. Mix Parlay combinations are subject to a minimum number of selections and specific payout caps as displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.4 Void and Cancelled Events

Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the permitted settlement window, or otherwise voided, bets placed on that event will be settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned) unless otherwise specified in the relevant sport's betting rules.

7. Promotions & Bonuses

From time to time, Sakai99 offers promotional bonuses, cashback incentives, free spins credits, and loyalty rewards. All such promotions are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time the offer is made available. The following general principles apply to all promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from deposited funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements upon expiry will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already opted into the promotion and commenced wagering.
• Any attempt to exploit promotional terms through strategic wagering, collusion, or other manipulative behaviour will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Sakai99 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or via nominees or third parties.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other Players, or any form of sports or game manipulation.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are subject to confiscation.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any transaction that constitutes or facilitates financial crime.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Sakai99 staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service to circumvent geographical restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sakai99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, website design, text, and audiovisual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sakai99 or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational gambling activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights and is revocable at the Company's sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sakai99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sakai99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect Platform availability. In the event of a technical failure that affects an active wager, the Company will endeavour to settle the wager fairly based on available data.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1 Company's Right to Suspend

Sakai99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of a suspected breach of these Terms, a suspected violation of applicable law, or where the Company is required to do so by its licensing authority or any competent regulatory body.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified Account Balance (net of applicable bonus requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. 11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
